Significant Issues with the Service

The service is behaving unprofessionally. I've been waiting for weeks to receive a refund from a hotel processed through their platform. The company is not disbursing my funds and has been unresponsive to my emails. I only received one message asking me to remove a negative review, which I feel is entirely warranted. Exercise caution with this service! No communication! No refund! I will not use them again!

Criminal Behavior from the Service

This service is acting unlawfully. I've been waiting for weeks for a refund from a hotel that was processed through them. They are not releasing my funds and are ignoring my emails. Is this a SCAM? Extremely Poor Experience

I made a hotel reservation and received their internal booking number. However, when I contacted the hotel, they informed me that they couldn't find my booking. The hotel needed a proper booking number, which I still haven't received six days after booking. I've emailed the service to obtain the booking number, but have yet to receive a reply.

⚠️ Steer clear at all costs – No reservation, no support, no refund. I booked a hotel through this service and received a confirmation. Upon arrival, I was shocked to learn there was NO reservation under my name, and the hotel had no affiliation with them. I reached out multiple times via email and received NO response. There's no phone support or accountability. I was left without accommodation and had to find an alternative myself. This is a total failure to provide the service I paid for. The lack of communication and responsibility is unacceptable. I'm now forced to dispute the charge with my bank. Extremely stressful experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I booked a hotel for three nights, and when I checked in, they had my reservation but required me to pay again because they claimed there was no payment. I will not use this service again.

Exercise Caution with This Service!

I booked a three-night stay through this service, but when I arrived at the hotel, they hadn't received my confirmation. My card was charged. I reached out and requested them to send my confirmation to the hotel or issue a refund. I received a quick reply stating they would look into it, but after multiple emails, I have had no further communication. Updated 1/3/26: They contacted me stating the hotel did not charge me, but they did. They eventually sent a refund that showed on my account today. Unfortunately, we had to cut our vacation short because the confirmation was never sent to the hotel during our stay. I would like this issue to be resolved by the service.

I’d give zero stars if I could. They charged me €3,000, provided no email confirmation, and when I contacted the hotel, they said no booking existed under my name. This was for a family trip, and it completely ruined our plans. I already anticipate their response will be dismissive, stating that they believe this review is not based on a genuine experience. This is merely an automated reply; they clearly prioritize profit over customer care.

Great Deal on a Hotel Booking!

Updated: I booked a hotel for a fraction of the price compared to other platforms. I was initially hesitant because it seemed too good to be true. The payment went through, but I didn’t receive a confirmation right away. However, about an hour later, I received confirmation from them. The next day, I called the hotel, and they confirmed our booking!
