I booked a three-night stay through this service, but when I arrived at the hotel, they hadn't received my confirmation. My card was charged. I reached out and requested them to send my confirmation to the hotel or issue a refund. I received a quick reply stating they would look into it, but after multiple emails, I have had no further communication. Updated 1/3/26: They contacted me stating the hotel did not charge me, but they did. They eventually sent a refund that showed on my account today. Unfortunately, we had to cut our vacation short because the confirmation was never sent to the hotel during our stay. I would like this issue to be resolved by the service.
