After 6 months with XiteNodes, I can confidently say this is one of the most unreliable and frustrating providers we’ve ever dealt with.
From the start, their services have been a complete mess:
* Downtime every 30–60 minutes in many cases
* Constant BGP and routing failures
* High ping and unstable connectivity
* Speeds dropping as low as 0.5 Mbps regularly
Their network barely manages even **1 day of uptime**, which is completely unacceptable for any hosting company. Even when it “works,” performance is inconsistent and unreliable.
What’s worse is their response to these issues.
Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame **us**, claiming that downtime started because we joined and that their network is under DDoS attacks because of us. That explanation makes no sense — a serious infrastructure provider should be able to handle attacks and protect their network, not shift blame onto customers.

You will clearly notice that there is **no consistent uptime history**. It’s obvious the real situation doesn’t match what a professional provider should deliver. At this point, the “uptime” they claim feels misleading and not aligned with real-world performance.

* Started at ~₹30,000/month revenue
* Dropped to ₹20,000–₹25,000 due to client complaints
* Lost customers and reputation
Instead of growth (which should have reached ₹1.5 lakh+), we went backwards — purely because of their service quality.
We gave them multiple chances, waited for fixes, and ignored early warnings from other clients. That was a mistake. Even our own team raised concerns early on, which we initially dismissed — but they turned out to be right.
On top of that, instead of fixing issues, they focused on chasing pending payments and even tried to pressure us with **legal threats**. Nothing has actually come out of those threats so far, which just makes it feel like intimidation rather than professionalism.
At this point, it genuinely feels like the priority is collecting money rather than maintaining a stable infrastructure.
We’ve worked with other providers before, and even older or smaller companies delivered far better uptime, support, and honesty than this.
