The server was good for few days but then it had huge lag issue so i updated the plan to god plan which was promised to handle 100-200 players at a time but then I faced many problems including server port failure backup errors so much so that I create a ticket and man i wish I never got this service there staff team dont even reply and they dont care tbh. The only time they replied fast is when i mentioned should i upgrade the plan
Unreliable Hosting Experience. This hosting seems to be managed by inexperienced individuals. From my experience, they offered VPS instances that were linked to a major cloud provider. The VPS instances were not renewable, and configuring Pterodactyl Wings was quite challenging due to missing firewall rules at the VPC level. As users, we lacked access to the necessary administrative accounts to modify the required ports ourselves, which were only added later by the owner. I bought two VPS instances and one that was less stable. The performance of the latter was inconsistent, with frequent downtimes and fluctuating network speeds around 100–300 Mbps. They utilized a specific control panel for this service, which at the time did not appear to have a valid commercial license based on public information. We also acquired a proxy server for a gaming platform. During one incident, the proxy crashed, causing confusion for our player base of over 100 users. This issue was later acknowledged in their community announcements. They introduced a promotional free hosting plan, where I was charged a nominal fee for verification. While marketed as lifetime, it was offered to many users. The control panel for this plan was hosted separately and featured advertisements, which detracted from the overall experience. The free server was hosted on older hardware from a lesser-known provider, and while a proxy was enabled, certain access points were exposed, revealing the upstream provider. I have documentation of my transactions and experiences and have shared them previously. I am open to providing them again if necessary. This review aims to convey my honest experience to assist others in making informed choices.
