Dear Trustspilot readers,Please avoid Billionairespin at all costs. These past 3 months I have been an active user of this casino and have lost a lot of money. Recently, i got a bonus offer, after losing yet another cash deposit and somehow managed to turn 10-20 $ bonus money into $380 in a day or two. I was finally excited to get a profit after months of losses and losses. The issue was, that all of my withdrawal methods were gone and only crypto was visible. Now, since you must withdraw using the same method as you have deposited, logically I had to use FIAT withdrawal, however as I mentioned, I had no such option. After contacting support and completing their further verification requests, they still keep sending me emails that state: ,,to withdraw crypto you need to deposit crypto first'', however I only have FIAT currency in my account and no option to withdraw it. I am extremely dissapointed as my money is stuck. This isnt' no glitch, its just an elaborate scheme to keep people's money locked in the website, even after I have been a loyal customer for a decent amount of time. Please all customers, learn from my experience and DO NOT use this casino. No matter what they write below this post, I have been through the process and am guaranteeing you that if you manage to win money at some point they will use these tactics to keep your money hostage.
