Extremely Disappointing Casino Experience!

I have never encountered such a terrible casino! My time here has been incredibly frustrating. First of all, avoid using the bonuses; the terms and playthrough requirements are excessively high. I managed to win $13 with a bonus, but the playthrough was 125x. After hours of playing, I reached a balance of $600, only to find out I could withdraw just $50. Logging in was fine until I attempted to withdraw. I have multiple accounts with different social casinos, and none have caused me issues like this one. I usually deposit large amounts but ended up losing my funds very quickly. After winning the $50, I received an email requesting numerous documents, but despite sending everything they asked for, I haven't heard back. Now I can't even log into my account, and still no response from the support team. If this is the treatment I receive for a $50 withdrawal, I can only imagine how they would handle larger amounts. Depositing money was never a problem, but now it feels like I've been scammed after spending over four hours playing through the 125x requirement. This is a disappointing holiday experience for me. Be cautious and read the fine print of the bonuses before depositing. I usually verify my accounts beforehand, but I couldn't find the option in my profile; only a message indicating they might need extra documents for withdrawal. I thought withdrawing with bitcoin would simplify things, but as I write this, I still can't log in, and I'm very upset. Update: This situation is absurd! I won $50 yesterday, and I still can't log in. I've sent multiple emails without a response and when trying to reset my password, I was told I'm not registered. I’ve been playing without issues for days, but now I'm being ignored. If this continues, I may have to report them to the gaming commission.
