My order was missing items and Jenny did not manage to resolve the issue and ignored every request to come to a resolution either sending out the missing fabrics or a partial refund. It seems they expect me to return is all at my cost. Awful customer service! Fabrics look ok but definitely some dont quite measure up to the dimensions they should be. Being a cm out, which can mean a lot if you are working to right sizes. They must get a lot of business otherwise I’m sure they would try to improve their customer services.
