As a customer who has bought a few times from this shop I knew the quality of the fabrics is exceptional but this time I also wanted to give a public 5🌟 because the customer service was extraordinary. I had an specific request and Jenny not just made it posible but also sent my package straight away as the order was placed. I can't recommend this shop enought and I would definitely buy again. Thank you billow Fabrics.
My order was missing items and Jenny did not manage to resolve the issue and ignored every request to come to a resolution either sending out the missing fabrics or a partial refund. It seems they expect me to return is all at my cost. Awful customer service! Fabrics look ok but definitely some dont quite measure up to the dimensions they should be. Being a cm out, which can mean a lot if you are working to right sizes. They must get a lot of business otherwise I’m sure they would try to improve their customer services.
Very nice selection of fabrics, beautiful patterns and excellent quality. Perfect choice for dolls and the clothes I make for them. Free and fast delivery to Croatia. I knew I would pay customs but that's fine with me. I ordered the felt again and can't wait for it to arrive.
I have used Billow Fabrics twice in the last month and I am thrilled with the service. They have a great selection of Liberty fabrics in various bundles and sizes and both orders were received two days after placing them (shipping was free). I will definitely be using them again.
