Wishing I’d read the reviews before I placed an order. My experience is identical to those logged below. Placed an order almost two weeks ago…no sign of it and no meaningful response from Customer Services. I was initially provided a tracking number but Royal Mail unable to trace. Last two emails to the company remain unanswered. Having paid almost £100, I am incredibly disappointed and will be seeking ways to redress. My best advice is to avoid this company and go elsewhere as they seem unwilling/unable to despatch orders or respond to emails Ps - have since raised dispute via PayPal. When I tried to contact Jenny at Billows via email, my email was bounced back as her registered email address was ‘not found’
