I've had the best experience with Billows over the last 6 years, my go-to fabric shop, with the fabric often arriving next day. However, my last order I had to chase and it took almost two weeks to arrive, which was very unusual. Currently there are no products on the website. I emailed to chase an order, but had no response. So I raised a PayPal dispute and Jenny replied straight away to this and refunded me. Fingers crossed the shop will be back up and running soon : )
