Do not order from Billowfabrics. I did that mistake: I had to pay customs for the whole amount of my order though I got only half of my order. There was no information about half of the fabrics are post-delivered. When I contacted the seller, she blamed me of her own mistake and though I asked, she didn't send me invoice so I could have required correction to the customs. I wanted to cancel the rest of my order and to refund my money but she sent the package anyway. I will not receive the package as I don't want to pay customs fees again. She told me that one of the fabrics is cut half, although I ordered it in one piece.. So nothing went well. Avoid this shop!
