Absolutely appalling service and a ‘pig headed’ arrogant owner. Was most unhelpful on questioning where was my order - asked for a full refund and was not forthcoming at all and would not refund to the extent of telling me a ‘cock and bull’ story of how parcels went missing and took 2 to 3 weeks delivery last Christmas!!! Not my problem. I took a claim out via PayPal only for the parcel to arrive miraculously next day by 24 hour delivery - what a coincidence!! Plenty of other shops selling same quality craft felt - I suggest finding one of those and avoid this one like the plague!
