I have used billow fabrics numerous times in the past and everything has been fine. My latest delivery went missing and the owner, Jenny, was not interested at all. It took ages to find out where it was and then it was “it was delivered a week ago” it wasn’t! She was completely uninterested and barely replied to my messages. In the end it turned out it was posted through the door of another house in my village. They popped it through my door when back from a 3 week holiday!! So I got my order but with no thanks or help from Billow fabrics. Such a shame as I had ordered a lot. I won’t be ordering again!!
