This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. My rent amount changed, so I updated it in the app, but two checks were sent out. I stopped the old one, and now the new payment wasn't sent. It took forever to reach an agent who seemed clueless. I spent 45 minutes in chat, and they couldn't provide instructions on how to resolve the issue. They don't even have a real phone number for quick resolutions and rely on overseas representatives. I would never recommend this service.
