Great, innovative CC, however, customer service is practically non-existent. They rely on AI chatbots. If you need to speak to a real person, there is no way to get someone on the phone. They claim they get real agents on the chat messenger, but it has been almost an hour of waiting in queue (as I type this), but still nothing.
The reason for reaching out is because they transferred the wrong amount to the "new account" after dropping Wells Fargo. After reading a bunch of reviews on here, seems like the same goes for a lot of other angry customers.
Also, they're very unclear about how to get bonuses. They told me if I used my card at a certain restaurant, I would receive 6X the points. When I noticed I only received 3X, they told me it was because I didn't use it on the first of the month "RENT DAY." I looked and looked and no where does it say that I need to use it on the 1st of the month to receive 6X. They apologized for the misunderstanding. I was only able to receive 6X the points after I threatened to get my lawyer involved. They're sneaky and near scammer territory.
