I’ve been a longtime Bilt member, but since their recent platform transition and issuer change, the experience has been extremely disappointing.
During the switch to the new Bilt Card, their system malfunctioned and incorrectly denied applications — including mine — despite an 800+ credit score. I was informed directly that there were internal system issues affecting qualified members.
It has now been over two months, and despite executive acknowledgment of the problem and a promise of manual review, I have received no resolution, no follow-up, and no accountability.
Customer support has been unresponsive and unable to provide meaningful updates beyond generic responses. Meanwhile, I’m left dealing with the fallout of an error that originated entirely on their end.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering applying wait until the platform and servicing issues are fully stabilized. At this time, the lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable.
