Bilt 2.0 is a total bait and switch. The 1.0 version applied rent payments to the credit line, while the 2.0 version requires rent payments to be debited directly from a checking account. This completely defeats the reason I was using a Bilt card in the first place - cash management. This material and major change in handling rent payments was not made clear during the transition process from 1.0 to 2.0. The so called customer service is non-existent. Currently waiting for an "agent" and have wasted nearly 2 hours todays trying to reach a real person.
