Business class experience was disappointing. No priority boarding or disembarking; it felt chaotic. Families with young children were seated right behind business class, resulting in loud noise throughout the flight. The food was subpar, resembling budget airline meals. I was offered only rice and fruit instead of the main courses listed. The staff were unfriendly, and the boarding process was a nightmare, with latecomers allowed to board just before departure. The lounge in the city is not worth the walk for the limited offerings. This experience made other airlines look much better in comparison.
