Terrible from check in to exiting

Terrible!Staff have little patience, and worse they lie.Paid for a baby cot for 4month old. Asked stewardess for cot, she said the cots in the cargo hold, and cannot be accessed now.Spoke to a co-pilot, who got the cot out of luggage rack in the cabin & set it up in 2 minutes.The entire experience from checking in to use of Dhaka Airport is a nightmare - with fear for one's & one's families safety.
