They continuously force you to redo verification. I have submitted my identification multiple times, and today I was told that my ID has been rejected again. I have never faced KYC issues with any other service, only with this one. You've been warned, delete this app while you can. There is no customer support available; you cannot even message them or select from their options. This is a major scam.
