I purchased BTC as usual and went about my day. Upon returning, I discovered that the seller had initiated a dispute claiming I requested a chargeback… something I absolutely did not do. That’s when the nightmare started. Suddenly, I was responsible for proving my case. The seller presented “evidence” that anyone with basic reasoning would dismiss right away, yet the platform accepted it as valid. I had to submit an overwhelming amount of documents—many containing sensitive personal information. Even after providing everything, they insisted on a video call.
