This is the most incompetent insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. Despite being tech-savvy, I face issues with simple tasks on their website, like updating my details or viewing my policy. Error messages are frequent. I've switched providers to avoid their subpar online system. Finding information is also very difficult. If consumers are told to contact them, they should easily find a support email instead of being directed to FAQs. I would never recommend this service.
