Not Worth the Hassle

Everything was fine until I made a claim. Their online claim system is poorly designed, with no way to seek or provide updates. I found a phone number buried in my emails to request an update. After being transferred around at an international call center, I was eventually told no further action was needed and my claim would be paid. However, when I called back a month later, I was informed of an error in their system and further checks were required. Their calls are frustrating as they only let it ring briefly before hanging up, then claim I was unavailable. Their complaints webpage is broken, and there’s no information on resolution timeframes. Two months later, I’m still waiting for a payout. I have found another insurance provider and will not be returning.
