Completely Unsatisfactory Claim Experience

I filed my claim on 25/11, and since then, the experience has been utterly disappointing. My central locking system failed right after the accident, even though it was functioning perfectly before, yet the service denied the repair without clear written justifications or explanations. Communication was extremely poor. I didn’t have a direct contact number for anyone managing my claim until I lodged a formal complaint. I had to follow up multiple times and spent over an hour on hold just to get basic information. Responsibility was divided among several individuals, with no one taking ownership. The assessment officer was unprofessional and dismissive, showing no interest in understanding my situation, and insisted he wouldn’t reconsider his decision, irrespective of the evidence I provided. I was then informed that I had to arrange and pay for my own independent assessment, as well as cover the costs for vehicle transport and a rental car, placing all the burden and inconvenience on me. I would NOT recommend.
