Binopolis is extremely expensive for the products they offer. But the biggest frustration is that I got a pull out recycling bin where the lid doesn't stay steady when you pull out the bins or when you push them back. Everytime you move the bins in or out, the top lid lifts, which is a ridiculous design and not fit for purpose. Their customer service doesn't accept to pay for the return and they are now ignoring my emails. Be careful when you but because this design flow is not obvious in the images
