On 4th of January I placed an order with Biogena ( order Id B2500430693). The parcel was not delivered until now. I contacted customer service on 9th of January, but no response until now.Meanwhile I spoke with Fedex and they confirmed that the parcel is lost and will not be delivered. Contacted again Biogena, but no response until now. In the past placed several order and they always respond to customer queries.On 21st of Jan customers service contacted me and they resend the goods ordered. Today I received the goods.
