Unreliable customer service, package lostMy order was apparently being delivered in parts which was never communicated from Biogena. One package was/is lost and another arrived. Customer service by phone is unreachable, the voice machine is on but it does not lead anywhere. My first time ordering with them and I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism how to handle shipments and customer service functions. My case is still open.
