The reason I am writing this review is that I am a big fan & "ambassador" of their products (in the "real stores"), but was at first disappointed at their online shop and the way how difficult was to order and apply the discount I received as a loyal customer.. and their response and professionality after I contacted their Customer Service was amazing. Today I received my package. Happy again :)
