I was informed that the hormones and supplements would be delivered within 14 days. Regrettably, despite numerous emails and calls to follow up, I still haven't received anything, and it has now been 18 days. My primary reason for choosing private care was due to the struggles of public services, as I was eager to start feeling better. This delay has been incredibly disappointing, especially after such a large financial commitment. I hope the company can address this issue promptly, as the initial service was good, but the lack of communication and delays have made me quite unhappy with the overall experience.
