I paid £25.00 for a 30-minute video consultation where we talked about my symptoms and medications. After that, I opted for the suggested blood tests and paid £225.00. The kit arrived quickly, and a mobile nurse visited my home on Sunday 9th November to collect the samples, which was convenient. A follow-up video consultation was set for 15/11/25 to discuss my results. After going over everything with the clinician, I decided to proceed with the proposed treatment plan and paid £1,257.00 for the year. I was informed that the hormones and supplements would be delivered within 14 days. Regrettably, despite numerous emails and calls to follow up, I still haven't received anything, and it has now been 18 days. My primary reason for choosing private care was due to the struggles of public services, as I was eager to start feeling better. This delay has been incredibly disappointing, especially after such a large financial commitment. I hope the company can address this issue promptly, as the initial service was good, but the lack of communication and delays have made me quite unhappy with the overall experience.
