Unfortunately, when my package arrived, I was a little disappointed to discover that the items inside were damaged. It looks like the glass bottles didn't quite make it in one piece and were actually broken upon receipt. I was a bit surprised by the packaging, as it seemed like it could have used a bit more cushioning or protection, especially since the items are made of glass. It was really hard to contact them for subscription cancellation and refund.
