I ordered a 3 month supply since I realize it can take time for any product to deliver results. I was not satisfied with the product since it did not seem to do anything for me. I was shocked to see a recurring charge for 3 more months. I never do auto subscriptions for this reason. Somehow, it was very small print or something that set this up and I was unaware. I tried to cancel the subscription and was unsuccessful at first. I emailed the “help line” for a refund. I was told that I was not able to get a refund! What company in good faith does not refund money for unopened products! Do not use this company!! They are really shady in the way they do things!

There is a lack of transparency related to subscriptions and contents of the product. Their return policy states it can be returned if unopened, but that only applies to the first order and not subscriptions. They do not tell you that. They also don't send courtesy emails when the subscription is due. They are overpriced and use corn for a version of the probiotics. Don’t waste your money.

I was attempting to order the GLP-1 products and took their quiz. Apparently the quiz directed me to to a probiotic and I didn't catch the the change and ordered the incorrect items. I reached out and they denied the ability to exchange the products.

The ordering system was also difficult. I thought it was asking me if I wanted an additional discount, so accepted and it was a I adding more product that I didn't want.

I reached out to Bioma and was denied any help in fixing the issues.
