I was attempting to order the GLP-1 products and took their quiz. Apparently the quiz directed me to to a probiotic and I didn't catch the the change and ordered the incorrect items. I reached out and they denied the ability to exchange the products.
The ordering system was also difficult. I thought it was asking me if I wanted an additional discount, so accepted and it was a I adding more product that I didn't want.
I reached out to Bioma and was denied any help in fixing the issues.
