Both devices have faced ongoing issues and required returns for investigation, leaving me without essential equipment. Given the price, I expected reliable hardware and a clear resolution process. Customer service has been poor; communication has been slow, unclear, and unhelpful, requiring me to chase for updates and solutions. Most concerning is that after posting a review on social media, I was blocked instead of having my concerns addressed. I can provide evidence of purchases and faults if needed. For these reasons, I do not recommend this company. ðŸ˜
