Both devices have faced ongoing issues and needed to be returned for investigation, leaving me without the equipment I depend on daily. Given the price, I anticipated reliable hardware and a clear resolution process. Customer service has been lacking; communication has been slow, vague, and unhelpful, requiring me to repeatedly follow up for updates and practical solutions. Most troubling is that after sharing my review on social media, I was blocked instead of having my concerns addressed. I can provide evidence of purchases, faults, and returns if needed. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this company. 😭

They are one of the most dedicated professionals I've encountered, explaining everything with patience, offering encouragement, and becoming an invaluable resource throughout our journey. We are truly grateful for the care and commitment they provide.
I have invested over fifty thousand pounds in rehab orthotics and I am extremely dissatisfied with both the products and the service. Initially, I was assured that these devices would be durable, effective, and custom-made for my needs. The reality, however, has been starkly different. The orthotics break down far too frequently, and the repair costs are exorbitant. It soon becomes evident that the company prioritizes profit over patient care. I've personally purchased two orthotics and used them daily, so I can attest to their performance. They are not as dependable as advertised, and some are even incorrectly fitted. The lack of transparent information regarding long-term reliability, maintenance costs, and fitting problems is unacceptable. I've already spent a considerable amount and refuse to incur further costs on international calls or unnecessary repairs. I find the marketing tactics employed by this company to be misleading. According to the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, misleading consumers through false advertising or omitting critical information is illegal. Based on my experience, I feel the company has not been forthright with its customers. Consumers deserve honesty before investing significant sums in products that fail to deliver on their promises. I strongly urge anyone thinking of purchasing from this company to do thorough research and ask detailed questions about reliability, repairs, and aftercare before committing.
I don't wear the device at all anymore. I initially used it for a month, but after starting physical therapy, I've been doing quite well without it. I wish the manager who fitted me had discussed its value more thoroughly. It was quite expensive, over $6000.
