I've been a follower of this fitness solution since their crowdfunding campaign years ago when I received my first kit. I've interacted with several of their team members over the years as well. The service has always been exceptional; they genuinely care about both their product and their customers. The product is effective too, as I manage to break a little sweat while watching TV a couple of times each week. It's fantastic.
After seeing an ad for a unique exercise device, I knew it would help me stay active while working at my desk, and I was right! I've been using it consistently for 9 months, 5 days a week, for 4 hours or until I burn 1000 calories! I love the variety of workouts and feel it's improving my cardiovascular health. I feel energized during and after workouts, and I even wear it while cleaning to elevate my heart rate! A couple of months ago, I faced a wiring issue that interrupted the device, which is a safety feature. I contacted customer support and received a prompt response! A friendly and knowledgeable representative helped me resolve the issue so I could continue my workouts. I'm thrilled with my purchase and even used funds from my account to pay for it! Huge thanks to the support team for creating such an incredible exercise product! I highly recommend this device!
The device functioned well for about two weeks. If your knee to thigh length is short, it’s difficult to put on and doesn’t fit as described. Support is automated. I was asked to send a picture while wearing it, which requires undressing. I submitted the photo but received no response. I’m retired and can’t afford to waste money like this. I do not recommend this device.
