I placed an order with BiOptimizers on April 6, 2025, and requested a refund under their 365-day satisfaction guarantee. I contacted their support team on April 28 and again on May 1, both messages were ignored.Per their stated policy, I only opened one bottle of each product and returned everything else unused. This meets the conditions for a refund. Instead of honoring their guarantee, BiOptimizers has provided no response, no RMA, and no accountability. It’s now been over two weeks with complete silence.This isn’t about the refund, it’s about trust.
