I bought a magnesium supplement in September 2025 for myself and my spouse, hoping it would help improve her sleep and boost our energy. Unfortunately, it did not benefit either of us. After two months without results, I sought a refund. However, the advertised 365-day money-back guarantee is misleading; they only refund unopened bottles. If you purchase multiple bottles and finish them, you won’t get a refund, even if the product didn’t work. This policy shows poor customer service and makes the product feel like a scam. I strongly advise against buying it!
I purchased bioptimizers magnesium breakthrough back in I think it was Sept 2025. I purchased it for myself and my wife hoping it would really help her with sleeping and more energy. Well it really did not help either one of us, so after two months and nothing I decided to get my money back so I called and explained what I wanted, don’t believe there money back guarantee of 365 days, you will only get your money back on any unopened bottles so if you order six bottles and you have taken it for five months and now your on your sixth or last bottle and it hasn’t helped you at all so you call and explain it hasn’t helped you are asked how many unopened bottles you have left well guess what you don’t have any unopened bottles so you do not get a refund. They don’t give your money back because their product did not work for you they only give your money back on any unopened bottles you return to them. This is very bad customer relations and service, so to me there product is a fraud. a fake. Don’t buy it !!! It doesn’t work
I was actually having severe pains from by butt to my leg those pains were unbearable, painful and severe i started the magnesium breakthrough on October 24th I started feeling better with no pains on November 3rd today is November 18th I’ve been pain free. Please consider taking it for muscle and nerve
Tried to place an order, cart is horribleThen did a live chat and agent was quick, I was trying to place a large order for my clients. They told me the website and cart is getting fixed and they sent me to Amazon to pay Full price and even to go to sprouts and even pay more than full price. Bioptimisers uk. Sent out a subscription even though I had cancelled and have simply not responded to any email or contact to simply return unopened order. Sad thing is I buy quite a bit from them, but this episode has resulted in my electing to switch to a different supplier for my supplements. I simply wanted to return and re-order when I need new supplies. Post sale support is the measure of a great company and sadly they (vipertech as their agent in the uk managing orders) have spectacularly failed. So disappointing
Update:They were very very quick and good about handling the refund. I updated the stars to reflect this. They are very misleading and rely on the heaviest marketing to sell their products. I purchased Masszymes and the products do NOT help at all. I have used digestive enzymes in the past from reputable companies like Thorne and can literally feel the difference in my digestion. I don't know why I thought I could find something better, especially through such a scammy looking website... It's my fault in the end.
I ordered the Digestive Health Stack in October 2024. I reached out today to use the 365-Day Guarantee on "all Bioptimizer products". The guarantee is included on the bottom of the Stack product page for digestive-health-stack.However, I was told that the guarantee doesn't apply to stacks or multipole bottles of the same thing. When I responded with the page information above, they sent me to a line in the terms and conditions that qualifies the 365-day guarantee. This significant and very expensive caveat isn't referenced even with an * on the guarantee on the Stack product page, so this is definitely underhanded and intentionally misleading. I'll never order from a company that uses such deceptive practices again.
I ordered their magnesium 12 days ago, the UPS delivery tracking changes every single day to the next day. I wrote to the customer service and the email came back after about 6 hours that it is not possible to deliver. Great product but awful service. I am leaving abroad and won’t get my package, although I ordered it 14 days before. Just for the info I ordered it to a very central Florida address where the delivery trucks come and go several times a day.
I placed an order with BiOptimizers on April 6, 2025, and requested a refund under their 365-day satisfaction guarantee. I contacted their support team on April 28 and again on May 1, both messages were ignored.Per their stated policy, I only opened one bottle of each product and returned everything else unused. This meets the conditions for a refund. Instead of honoring their guarantee, BiOptimizers has provided no response, no RMA, and no accountability. It’s now been over two weeks with complete silence.This isn’t about the refund, it’s about trust. I have tried a lot of different magnesium formulations, and I like this one. Maybe it's the individual ingredients or maybe it's the synergy, but I did feel that my breathing while running was improved while taking this. Looking forward to taking this another couple months and then rechecking my lab work to see how it makes a difference!
