Bip&Go collects payment details via direct debit. After committing to payment, I received an email stating that shipping the tag to the UK takes 10 working days. Then, they couldn't process the direct debit from my UK account. I canceled the agreement and asked how to return the tag, but received no response. A week later, Bip&Go involved debt collectors. This has also happened to others in my group traveling through France and Italy.
