Still waiting for my badge. Email said 10 days max. After two weeks phoned them and they said 15 days. When I contradicted this they put the phone down! Just received notification from Royal Mail that badge has arrived in UK. NO notification from the French. Two weeks and it's not left French soil despite being told it was shipped. Liars and inept, but why aren't I surprised. Their website is useless including contact pages which do not exist. Update, got badge today. 15 days to leave France, delivered in one day by Royal Mail. Have received the usual AI reply to my Trust pilot review. Usual asinine content and pack of lies.
