I started a car subscription in the U.K. in August. The pricing was reasonable, and I received a fairly new vehicle. Initially, I was satisfied with the car. However, it has broken down three times. I had to handle the breakdowns myself since it was covered by a roadside assistance service, taking it to a garage twice with no issues found. Throughout this, I got no help from the service, and their email replies were nonsensical. After the third breakdown, I requested a vehicle swap, filled out a complaint form, and waited two weeks for a response. I signed an agreement for a new vehicle two weeks ago, expecting a quick change. When I called today, I was informed that the swap would occur in January 2026, a timeline that was never communicated to me. I canceled my subscription today due to the terrible customer service and have received no apology. I advise against using this service.
