The car has broken down three times. I had to manage the breakdowns myself since it was covered by a roadside assistance service, taking it to a local garage twice with no faults found. I received no assistance from the service, and their email replies were confusing. After the third breakdown, I requested a vehicle swap, filled out a complaint form, and waited two weeks for a response. I signed an agreement for a new vehicle two weeks ago, expecting prompt service, but was told today that the swap wouldn't occur until January 2026. This timeline was not communicated. I canceled my subscription due to the unacceptable customer service and have not received an apology. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.

The customer service here is extremely poor. They are quick to take your money but show no concern for the car's maintenance. Getting anything fixed has been a challenging experience, and reaching someone who isn't just reading from a script takes forever.

When I returned the car, the agent took nearly 30 minutes to inspect it and confirmed everything was in perfect condition. Almost four weeks later, they sent me a photo showing no visible damage. It raises questions about their practices. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The company offered no support or replacement car, and their communication was lacking. I incurred additional costs and dealt with 20 days where the car was unusable. Even after admitting the vehicle was faulty and ending the contract early, they deducted £266 from my deposit. Their handling of this situation was unprofessional and unreasonable. I am now involving the Financial Ombudsman. Avoid this company.
I've been a subscriber and generally satisfied until now, but a serious issue has been completely overlooked. The MOT on my vehicle has expired, making it illegal to drive. I reached out to the company before it expired and again afterward, but received no response. Additionally, there's a fault with the washer/wiper that makes the car unsafe in bad weather. They still collected this month's payment despite the vehicle being unroadworthy. The subscription is supposed to cover maintenance, but that hasn't happened. I just want the issues resolved—either fix the car or provide a replacement. I've been patient, but safety cannot be ignored.

They continue to take monthly payments despite me not having a drivable car. Their customer service is fragmented and unhelpful, making it feel like a scam. They deliver quickly, but that's where the service ends. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company.
This service is both incompetent and dishonest. They wasted my time with confusing documentation requests and kept changing their requirements. When I asked to speak to a manager, my requests were ignored. All departments seem to use the same email address, which raises concerns. I would advise staying away from this service.
