I had a dreadful experience from beginning to end. The vehicle provided had repeated battery issues, and after months of blaming me, it was discovered that a hidden tracker was draining the battery. The company offered no support or replacement car, and their communication was lacking. I incurred additional costs and dealt with 20 days where the car was unusable. Even after admitting the vehicle was faulty and ending the contract early, they deducted £266 from my deposit. Their handling of this situation was unprofessional and unreasonable. I am now involving the Financial Ombudsman. Avoid this company.
