I had a car with them for 3 years and I give them 1-star. Why?I had the same car for 3 years, never once got offered an upgrade, kept it immaculately and returned it in pristine condition, yet they still charged me €130 for some scratches which I couldn't really do anything about and were caused by other parked cars (you know what it's like)Shortly into my contract one of the tires burst and I had no choice but to replace it immediately and paid for it myself. Did they reimburse me? Nope. Given how long I've been a customer, I would've expected some more consideration and appreciation.
