I ordered from this company and spent almost £500. Initial communication was acceptable, but alarm bells rang when they mentioned not using tracked delivery to save money. Now, I've heard nothing since the delivery date has passed, and both the website and WhatsApp number are gone. My bank has started the chargeback process, so I should get a refund. I hope karma catches up with them.
