I was delighted to recieve my order, which was a vintage wooden shrine/mandir with glass windows about two and a half weeks ago. This turned to disappointment as it was damaged on arrival. I wrote to Birch & Yarn with a photo explaining this and suggested they could send a new piece of glass or a discount so I could get it fixed myself. I haven’t heard anything back from them yet.When I purchased the piece the photo showed no sign of a broken window. It arrived in very flimsy packaging so I am not surprised it suffered damage along the way. I love the look of things on their website but will not make another purchase as I have lost faith in them.
