My experience didn’t start out great. I flew from Florida to Mass. to receive my furniture on Tuesday as it was required I be there.. I was texted the morning of that my furniture was being delivered between 7-11 am. Time passed and after a few hours I did my morning email check and found an email that my order was delayed. When I called I learned my furniture didn’t fit on the truck so I was bumped. I had purchased assembly assistance for Thursday and I was told my next delivery would be Friday. This was not good. The 4 star rating is for the effort customer service put in to help resolve this issue. As a rewards customer I feel Wayfair needs to provide a better resolution then is currently provided. I have purchased many items with quite a bit more to go. This is the first misstep or problem and I do hope it is the last. I have been very happy with all my Wayfair and Birch lane purchases, quality and delivery.
