Exceptional Support for a Broken Antenna

I recently reached out to the support team regarding a damaged antenna on my feeder. I thought a raccoon had caused the damage because of my use of hot sauce on the seed. After providing photos of the antenna and feeder, I was informed that a replacement would be sent. I expected just an antenna, but was pleasantly surprised to receive an entirely new feeder.
