I have 3 products , the bird feeder, the hummingbird feeder with dual camera and the Bird Nest Box. I love them all. Customer service is great also. a Squirrel decided to chew through my solar panel cord so just had to purchase a new one

My mother in law bought the bird feeder, and loved it. So, I bought it for my parents. And then, we got the bird house for my Mother In Law for her birthday. I love that all these people in their 70s have access and find it easy to use. And get so excited to keep learning more each day!
I love my Birdfy feeders, and I can’t say enough about their customer service, it’s top notch! They definitely stand behind their products! I especially love the AI feature that tells you what birds visit!
Wow what a great product and works perfectly, I have a duo bird feeder which was ordered direct from Birdfy but there was just one small problem, not to worry as I contacted the customer support and advised them that a part was missing (y usb splitter) they sent out a replacement asap and even put a product issue email to all their customers to advise them of a possible missing part which was missing in the packaging process. Fair play to the Birdfy team!

I recently reached out to the support team regarding a damaged antenna on my feeder. I thought a raccoon had caused the damage because of my use of hot sauce on the seed. After providing photos of the antenna and feeder, I was informed that a replacement would be sent. I expected just an antenna, but was pleasantly surprised to receive an entirely new feeder. I truly enjoy this camera and have been using it for more than a year. I just received an update showing that it recorded over 70,045 bird visits throughout the year, featuring a variety of species. Living in the woods means my camera is always active. The only minor issue is that my perch broke this week because of the cold weather and frequent activity, but the camera itself has performed excellently.
I've owned a bird feeder for over a year and recently got a birdhouse. Both were simple to assemble and install as long as you follow the provided instructions. The camera and Wi-Fi connection function flawlessly. The feeder has stood up well against squirrels and a fox, though I admit I mounted it higher myself. I'm eagerly anticipating spring when my birdhouse will welcome its first family.
