If I could give no stars, I would. I’ve invested a lot over the years in products from this seller. I received two polos as a gift, but they were a size too small. The company refused to exchange them for a larger size, basically leaving us with no options. The shirts remain in their original packaging with tags, but that didn’t matter to them or the automated system ‘assisting’ us. There’s no way to speak with a real person, and no phone support. Their products are pricey, and they’ve lost a customer due to their poor service. I wasn’t seeking a refund, just an exchange. They could have easily accommodated this reasonable request without losing any money. I even offered to cover shipping costs. There are better options out there—avoid this seller. The sports apparel industry is competitive, and they may struggle due to this lack of customer support. Caution to buyers.
